All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time
We currently ship within Pakistan only. Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Occasionally, Elite Store may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or campaigns.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your order status.

Delivery Issues
